How do I load anew driver for a video card on this system. Windows 3.1 is basically a program that runs on DOS. You need to get a DOS/win 3.1 video driver from your video card's manufactuer. Finding one may not be easy as a lot of video cards drivers only support 95 upwards, like ATI, 3dfx.
